We believe that trust is one of the most important foundations of every relationship — including the trust between users and the service they use.

At 2Loove, we understand that users entrust us not only with their personal data, but also with their photos, stories, messages and often the hope of building real human relationships.

That is why we do not view privacy protection merely as a legal obligation. We view it as a commitment.

Article 1 – Data Controller

The data controller is:

Name: Archie Safary
ID No.: 71951601
Address: Dukelská třída 116/38, 614 00 Brno, Czech Republic
Contact email: 2loove.2loove@gmail.com

(hereinafter "Controller"). The Controller is responsible for processing personal data in accordance with applicable law.

Article 2 – What Personal Data We Process

Data provided by the user:

  • name or username,
  • email address,
  • date of birth or age,
  • gender,
  • country,
  • language settings,
  • profile information,
  • information in the "About me" section.

User-created content:

  • profile photos,
  • gallery photos,
  • videos,
  • posts, comments, messages,
  • content published through service features.

Technical data:

  • account identifiers,
  • device information,
  • technical logs necessary for the service to function,
  • login information,
  • service settings,
  • device address for push notifications,
  • IP address — when the sign-in page opens, your browser sends it to ipapi.co to pre-fill your country; the web server keeps it in technical logs (Article 13).

Payment data: When using paid services, data related to payments processed through Stripe may be processed. The operator does not store complete payment card details.

Article 3 – Why We Process Personal Data

We process personal data primarily for the purpose of:

  • creating and managing your user account,
  • providing 2Loove service features,
  • enabling communication between users,
  • ensuring platform security,
  • preventing fraud and abuse,
  • providing user support,
  • handling complaints and inquiries,
  • providing VIP services and processing payments,
  • improving service operation,
  • fulfilling legal obligations.

We do not process personal data for purposes incompatible with these principles.

Article 4 – Registration and User Account

An account can be created via email registration or login through supported third-party services. The user is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided. Profile data may be visible to other users within the service settings — users should consider what information they choose to make public.

Article 5 – Data Minimisation

At 2Loove we follow the principle of data minimisation. We aim to process only the data that is genuinely necessary to provide the service. We will not collect personal data simply because it might be useful in the future. When data is no longer needed, it will be deleted, anonymised, or retained only for as long as required by law.

Article 6 – Photos and Videos

Users may upload photos and videos which may be used for displaying profiles, galleries, posts, Reels, or 2Loove Studio features. The user is responsible for the uploaded content and confirms that they are authorised to publish it, that it does not infringe third-party rights and that they have obtained necessary consents from persons depicted. Photos and videos are not used for purposes other than those described in this policy.

Uploaded photos and frames from videos are automatically checked by Google Cloud Vision for inappropriate content before publication. For profile photos we also check that one person is clearly visible (number and size of faces, without identifying the person), that the image is not AI-generated (checked by the third-party service Sightengine) and whether the same photo already appears on the public internet (Google Cloud Vision); the result of this last check does not automatically reject the photo, but may lead to a manual review of the profile by the operator. Brightness and sharpness are measured on the user's device. The version used for the check is not stored. See also Safety.

Article 7 – Messenger and User Communication

Communication content is processed to the extent necessary for message delivery, service operation and platform security. We recommend not sharing sensitive personal data, financial information or login credentials. Private communication is not used for marketing purposes without a legal basis.

Article 8 – Live Chat

Information published in the public Live Chat may be visible to other users. The operator may process Live Chat data to the extent necessary for service operation, community protection, abuse prevention and handling reported incidents.

Only the latest 30 messages are kept in each room; older messages are deleted automatically.

Article 9 – 2Loove AI

When using 2Loove AI features, data that the user voluntarily provides through interaction with the AI may be processed. This data is used solely to provide the requested feature and to improve service quality, within the limits permitted by law. 2Loove AI does not replace professional advice.

The text of your AI conversation and the profile data needed for the requested function are passed to OpenAI, which generates the responses. When suggesting suitable profiles, OpenAI also processes the selected preferences and profile information, including the “About me” (BIO) texts of the users being evaluated. This data is used to compare preferences and to recommend suitable profiles. 2Loove does not store AI conversations on its servers — the history stays only on the user's device. We only record the use of AI credits.

Message translation in the messenger: when a user receives a message in a language other than the one set in their profile, the text of that message is sent to OpenAI for translation. The translation is stored with the message and is deleted together with it after 30 days.

Article 10 – Stripe and Payments

Payment data is processed through the external payment gateway Stripe. The operator does not store complete payment card details. In connection with payments, transaction information, payment identifiers and data necessary to activate VIP membership or fulfil legal obligations may be processed.

In the Android and iOS app, payments are made through Google Play or the Apple App Store and purchases are recorded by RevenueCat under the account identifier. For payments on the website, Stripe receives the email address and account identifier. Payment records are kept by these providers under their own terms and tax regulations.

Article 11 – Firebase and Cloud Services

Cloud and database services, in particular Google Firebase, may be used to operate the service. Firebase may be used for account management, storage of profile data, photos, videos, messenger data and posts. Processing takes place in accordance with the provider's terms and applicable law.

Article 12 – Cookies and Technical Data

2Loove may use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the correct operation of the service (login, remembering settings, security). Cookies that are not essential for service operation will only be used in accordance with applicable law and any consent given by the user.

Article 13 – How Long We Retain Personal Data

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for:

  • account and all content (profile, photos, videos) — for the life of the account; deleted immediately when the account is deleted (Article 15),
  • files no longer referenced after deletion — usually within 3 days,
  • messenger messages — 30 days, then deleted automatically (evidence for handling reports),
  • Live Chat — the latest 30 messages in each room,
  • email address on the free AI package list — 182 days after account deletion, only if the account received the free package (so it cannot be claimed repeatedly),
  • reports about users and content — 12 months (community protection),
  • app technical logs — 30 days,
  • web server logs including IP addresses — 14 days,
  • sign-in account without a completed profile — deleted after 6 months of inactivity,
  • payment records — kept by Stripe, Google Play and Apple under their terms and tax regulations.

Article 14 – User Rights

In accordance with applicable law, users have in particular the right to:

  • request access to their personal data,
  • request correction of inaccurate data,
  • request erasure of personal data,
  • request restriction of processing,
  • object to processing,
  • request data portability,
  • withdraw consent to processing,
  • lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority.

The operator will handle requests in accordance with the law and within a reasonable time.

Article 15 – Data Erasure and Account Deletion

How to delete your account:

  1. sign in at 2loove.com or in the 2Loove app,
  2. open your profile,
  3. click Delete Account and confirm.

The account is deleted immediately. If you cannot sign in, email 2loove.2loove@gmail.com from the address you registered with — we will delete the account within 30 days at the latest.

What is deleted: profile and sign-in, photos and videos, Reels and Studio projects, comments and likes, messenger conversations (for both participants), Live Chat messages, notifications and friend requests.

What is kept and for how long: the email address on the free AI package list (182 days, only if the account received it), reports (12 months), technical logs (30 days; web server logs 14 days) and payment records held by the payment providers — details in Article 13.

Deleting individual data without deleting your account: you delete or change the data yourself directly in the app — you do not need to ask anyone:

  • gallery photos — trash icon on the photo; the photo and its file are deleted immediately,
  • your Reels — trash icon on the Reel; the Reel disappears immediately and its file is usually deleted within 3 days,
  • your comments — trash icon on the comment; deleted immediately,
  • profile details — Edit Profile; you can change your name, age, gender, country and “About me” text.

Messenger and Live Chat messages cannot be deleted — they are kept as evidence for handling reports and to protect other users. Messenger messages are deleted automatically after 30 days and Live Chat keeps only the latest 30 messages per room; Studio projects are deleted when the account is deleted.

2Loove AI conversation history is stored only on your device; you can remove it by clearing the browser or app data.

Article 16 – Disclosure of Personal Data to Third Parties

Personal data may be disclosed to third parties only to the extent necessary to provide the service (cloud and payment services, technical and security solutions, AI services, public authorities). The operator does not sell users' personal data to third parties.

Specifically, we use: Google Firebase (accounts, database, files, notifications), Google Cloud Vision and Sightengine (photo checks), OpenAI (2Loove AI and message translation), Stripe, RevenueCat, Google Play and the Apple App Store (payments) and ipapi.co (country pre-fill). The service's server is operated by Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany.

Article 17 – International Transfer of Personal Data

Given the global nature of the service and the use of international technologies, personal data may be transferred outside the user's country of residence. Where transfers occur outside the European Economic Area, the operator will seek to ensure an adequate level of protection (adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or other legal mechanisms).

Article 18 – Security of Personal Data

The operator takes reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, in particular:

  • secure login,
  • access control,
  • use of security features provided by service providers,
  • regular system updates,
  • reasonable monitoring of security incidents.

Although we strive for a high level of protection, no data transmission or storage system can be entirely risk-free.

Article 19 – Privacy Contact

Contact email: 2loove.2loove@gmail.com
Address: Dukelská třída 116/38, 614 00 Brno, Czech Republic

The operator will aim to respond to queries and requests within a reasonable time and with respect for users' rights.

Article 20 – Changes to the Privacy Policy

The operator reserves the right to reasonably update this policy in the event of changes in law, introduction of new features, changes in technology or for security reasons. Users will be notified of material changes in an appropriate manner. The current version will always be available through the 2Loove service.

Article 21 – Effective Date

These Privacy Policy terms take effect on: 14 September 2026

By using 2Loove, the user confirms that they have read and understood this policy. This does not affect user rights arising from applicable personal data protection law.
