Terms of Service – 2Loove
Effective date: 13 September 2026

Opening Statement

❤️ Behind 2Loove stands a person who cares about people.
⚖️ At the same time, 2Loove is a professional service with clear rules that takes its responsibilities seriously.

2Loove was not created merely as a technology project. Its goal is not only to provide digital features, algorithms or tools. The goal of 2Loove is to create a safe, respectful and fair space for meeting, communicating and building relationships between people from around the world.

We believe that technology should serve people, not control them. That is why we strive to build an environment based on trust, respect, decency and transparency.

2Loove is not built solely on technology. It is built on trust, respect and fairness — between users and the operator of the service.

These Terms of Service are not designed to favour one party at the expense of the other. Their purpose is to set clear, understandable and fair rules that protect users, the operator and the entire 2Loove community.

By using 2Loove, the user confirms that they have read these Terms of Service, understand them and agree to them.

Principles on Which the 2Loove Terms of Service are Based

In creating and operating 2Loove, we follow these principles:

  1. We protect users.
  2. We protect the operator.
  3. We base our approach on the real operation of 2Loove.
  4. We think about global service operation.
  5. We think about transparent Stripe and VIP subscription operation.
  6. We think about the responsible use of 2Loove AI.
  7. We support safety in dating.
  8. We raise awareness about responsible use of digital services.
  9. We use clear and human language.
  10. We do not write anything that does not reflect the actual operation of the service.
  11. We enable reporting and blocking of inappropriate behaviour.
  12. We protect the community from fraud and abuse.
  13. We account for the natural development and improvement of the service.
  14. We apply the principle of fair use.
  15. We consider extraordinary events and force majeure.
  16. We think about the future of the service and any potential legal successor.
  17. We act fairly towards both users and the operator.

Article 1 – Service Operator

The operator of the 2Loove internet platform is:

Name: Archie Safary
ID No.: 71951601
Address: Dukelská třída 116/38, 614 00 Brno, Czech Republic
Contact email: 2loove.2loove@gmail.com

(hereinafter "Operator").

Article 2 – Nature and Purpose of the Service

2Loove is a global online platform designed primarily for dating, communication and building relationships between people. The service may include in particular:

  • user profiles,
  • mini-messenger,
  • Live Chat,
  • Reels,
  • streaming features,
  • 2Loove Studio,
  • 2Loove AI features,
  • VIP membership,
  • other current or future platform features.

The Operator does not guarantee finding a partner, friendship or any specific relationship. 2Loove provides a technological space and tools that may help users with dating and communication.

2Loove is solely a technical platform on which adult users find each other and communicate on their own initiative. The Operator does not arrange partners, marriages, relationships, trips or meetings, does not act as a matchmaking or marriage agency and is not a party to agreements between users. The paid VIP and AI features are payment for using the app's functions, not for arranging a partner.

Article 3 – Global Service Availability

The 2Loove service may be used by users from various countries. These Terms of Service and legal relationships arising in connection with the use of 2Loove are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, as the Operator is based in the Czech Republic.

Users are also required to comply with the laws applicable in their country of residence or from which they use the service. By using the service, the user confirms that its use does not conflict with the laws of their country. Consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law remain unaffected.

Article 4 – Age Restriction

The 2Loove service is intended for persons aged 18 and over only. By registering, the user confirms that they are at least 18 years old. If reasonable suspicion arises that a user does not meet this requirement, the Operator may restrict, suspend or delete the account. The maximum age of the 2Loove community is 50 years.

Article 5 – Registration and User Account

The user is required to provide truthful, current and complete information. The user is responsible for protecting their login credentials and for all activity carried out through their account.

Article 6 – Free Service Features

2Loove may offer free features that enable basic use of the platform. The scope of free features may include for example:

  • creating a user profile,
  • browsing selected parts of the platform,
  • limited use of communication features,
  • limited use of 2Loove AI features,
  • other features determined by the Operator.

The Operator reserves the right to reasonably adjust, expand or limit free features as the service evolves. Free features do not create a right to permanent free access to all platform features.

Article 7 – VIP Membership and Paid Services

2Loove may offer paid services and VIP membership. VIP membership may include in particular:

  • extended communication options,
  • unlimited or extended use of the mini-messenger,
  • extended use of 2Loove AI,
  • higher AI message limits,
  • partner compatibility analysis,
  • communication assistance,
  • message translations,
  • access to new VIP features,
  • other benefits listed directly in the app.

The exact scope of VIP features, price and subscription period are always stated before completing the order. The Operator reserves the right to develop and adjust VIP services in a way that does not disproportionately affect an already paid period.

Article 8 – Prices, Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal

VIP membership prices are stated directly in the 2Loove service. VIP membership may be offered as a recurring subscription. Before making a payment, the user will always be informed of:

  • the price of the service,
  • the subscription period,
  • how automatic renewal works,
  • the conditions for cancelling the subscription.

If the user does not cancel the subscription, it may be automatically renewed after the prepaid period ends. 2Loove will not hide information about subscription renewal or intentionally complicate its cancellation. Transparency and fairness towards users are among the core principles of the service.

Article 9 – Stripe Payment Gateway

Payments for VIP membership and other paid services are processed through the external payment gateway Stripe. The Operator does not store complete payment card details. Payment data security and transaction processing are handled by Stripe in accordance with its terms.

The user acknowledges that Stripe's terms and conditions may also apply when using Stripe payment services.

Article 10 – VIP Membership Activation

VIP membership is activated upon successful payment confirmation. In exceptional cases, activation may be delayed, for example due to a technical error, payment gateway outage, transaction verification or system synchronisation.

If a user has paid and VIP has not been reasonably activated, they may contact the Operator at: 2loove.2loove@gmail.com

Article 11 – Cancellation of VIP Membership

The user may cancel their VIP membership at any time. Cancellation stops further automatic renewal. After cancellation, VIP membership remains active until the end of the already paid period. After that period, no further payment will be charged.

The Operator will not intentionally create unreasonable obstacles to cancelling a subscription. Detailed instructions for cancelling VIP membership are provided on the separate page "How to Cancel VIP".

Article 12 – Refunds, Complaints and Withdrawal from Contract

A VIP membership that has already been paid for is not normally refunded if the user was given access to it and was able to use it. A refund may be considered individually in cases of:

  • duplicate payment,
  • technical error,
  • VIP membership not activated after successful payment,
  • unauthorized transaction,
  • other serious circumstances.

A request to review or refund a payment may be sent to the Operator's contact email: 2loove.2loove@gmail.com

Nothing in this article limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Article 13 – User Conduct Rules

Users are required to use the 2Loove service decently, safely and in compliance with the law. In particular, users must not:

  • harass, intimidate or insult other users,
  • spread hateful, discriminatory or extremist content,
  • threaten other persons,
  • publish unlawful content,
  • impersonate another person,
  • abuse the trust of other users,
  • send spam or unsolicited advertising,
  • use the service for fraudulent conduct,
  • attempt to disrupt the security or operation of the platform,
  • publish pornographic, sexually explicit or nude content,
  • publish violent or cruel content,
  • publish any content involving minors in a sexual context,
  • infringe the rights of third parties.

2Loove supports a culture of mutual respect and decency.

Article 13A – Prohibition of Coercion, Exploitation and Abuse

2Loove is intended for adults to meet each other on a voluntary and equal basis. Users must not, in particular:

  • coerce, blackmail or otherwise pressure other users, including threatening to publish their photos, messages or private information,
  • sexually or financially exploit other persons or abuse their vulnerability, for example a difficult life situation, poverty, illness, disability, loneliness or dependence,
  • offer or request companionship, dates or sexual services in exchange for money, gifts, support or other benefits (for example sugar dating, escort services or prostitution),
  • use the service for human trafficking or to recruit persons for sexual or labour exploitation,
  • create fake or synthetic profiles or impersonate another person without clear notice,
  • approach persons they know or reasonably assume to be under 18.

The Operator will remove such conduct, permanently delete the account and, where a criminal offence is suspected, may report the matter to the competent authorities. You can report such behaviour as described in Article 14.

Article 14 – Reporting and Blocking Inappropriate Behaviour

2Loove has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive user behaviour. You can report inappropriate behaviour, a fake profile, a message or any other content (for example a Reel, a Live Chat post or a live stream) directly within the app by sending a message to the 2loove support contact, which is always first in the messenger. Writing to support is free, requires no VIP, works in your own language and you can attach a screenshot. In the mobile version and the app, users can also be reported directly from the conversation window.

Uploaded photos and frames from videos are automatically checked for inappropriate content, and Live Chat and messenger messages are monitored by a profanity filter. In addition, the Operator regularly reviews public content in person — profiles, photos, Live Chat, Reels and live streams. Private conversations are reviewed on the basis of reports.

The Operator will investigate reports and take appropriate action within 24 hours, in particular:

  • warning the user,
  • removing content,
  • restricting certain features,
  • temporarily suspending the account,
  • permanently deleting the account.

Users can also be blocked within a messenger conversation.

Article 15 – Protection Against Fraud and Service Abuse

The Operator may take reasonable security measures to protect users and the 2Loove service, such as detecting unusual behaviour, restricting suspicious activity or preventing automated abuse of the service.

Article 16 – User Content

Users may submit content to the service (profile information, photos, videos, posts, messages and other). The user is responsible for the content they publish and confirms that they have the right to use it, that it does not infringe third-party rights or applicable law. The Operator is not responsible for user-generated content.

Article 17 – Licence to User Content

By submitting content to 2Loove, the user grants the Operator a non-exclusive licence to technically process the content to the extent necessary for the service to function (storage, display, transmission, making available to other users). The user retains ownership of their content.

Article 18 – Photos, Videos and Public Profiles

It is prohibited to upload photos or videos of other persons without their consent, use content that infringes copyright, publish misleading or fraudulent content, or present someone else's photos as your own. The Operator may remove content that violates these rules.

Article 19 – Messenger, Live Chat and User Communication

The user is responsible for the content of their communication. The Operator is not a party to private communication between users. We recommend exercising caution when sharing personal, contact or financial information.

Article 20 – Safety in Dating and Personal Meetings

The Operator recommends in particular:

  • verifying information provided by the other party,
  • not sending money to people known only through the platform,
  • not disclosing sensitive personal data,
  • choosing a public place for a first meeting,
  • informing a trusted person about a planned meeting,
  • ending communication if it creates a feeling of threat or pressure.

The Operator is not responsible for the conduct of users outside the 2Loove platform.

Article 21 – 2Loove AI and Its Responsible Use

2Loove AI outputs are generated automatically and are informational and assistive in nature. 2Loove AI does not constitute professional advice and does not replace the user's own judgement. Users must not use 2Loove AI for manipulation, fraudulent conduct, spreading false information or circumventing platform rules.

Article 22 – Fair Use and Service Usage Limits

To ensure the stability and availability of the service, the Operator may apply the principle of fair use. Users must not use the service in a way that would disproportionately burden the technical infrastructure or restrict other users.

Article 23 – Responsible Use of Digital Services

The Operator recommends using the service reasonably and responsibly and maintaining a balance between online and offline activities. The user is responsible for the manner and extent of their use of the service.

Article 24 – Service Availability and Technical Limitations

The Operator strives to ensure the highest possible service availability. Availability may be limited due to planned maintenance, updates, technical issues or outages. The Operator is not responsible for temporary unavailability caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Article 25 – Force Majeure and Extraordinary Events

The Operator is not responsible for limitations caused by extraordinary events (natural disasters, pandemics, decisions of public authorities, cyber-attacks and other force majeure events). In such cases, the Operator will strive to restore normal operation as quickly as possible.

Article 26 – Third-Party Services

Third-party services may be used for the operation of the service (payment gateway Stripe, cloud services, storage, AI services and others). The Operator is not responsible for outages or changes to these services. The processing of personal data is described in more detail in the "Privacy Policy".

Article 27 – Account Deletion by User

The user may delete their account or request its removal at any time through features available in the service or by contacting the Operator. Account deletion does not automatically entitle the user to a refund of payments already made for the current VIP membership period, unless otherwise required by law.

Article 28 – Account Restriction or Deletion by Operator

The Operator may temporarily restrict, suspend or permanently delete a user's account if the user violates these Terms, applicable law, abuses the service or endangers the safety of other users.

Article 29 – Operator Liability

The Operator provides the service with professional care, but is not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by users, the conduct of individual users, the outcome of dating, or indirect damages to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Article 30 – Contact and Customer Support

Contact email: 2loove.2loove@gmail.com
Address: Dukelská třída 116/38, 614 00 Brno, Czech Republic

The Operator will strive to handle user requests within a reasonable time and with respect for their legitimate interests.

Article 31 – Personal Data Protection

Information about the processing of personal data is set out in the separate document "Privacy Policy". The Operator processes personal data in accordance with applicable law and takes reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it.

Article 32 – Service Development and Changes to Terms

The Operator reserves the right to reasonably amend these Terms. Users will be notified of material changes in an appropriate manner. By continuing to use the service after changes take effect, the user expresses agreement with the updated wording.

Article 33 – Transfer to Legal Successor

In the event of a change in ownership structure, the rights and obligations of the Operator may be transferred to a legal successor. Such a transfer will not aim to diminish user rights. Users will be notified of significant changes in an appropriate manner.

Article 34 – Final Provisions

These Terms of Service constitute the complete agreement between the user and the Operator regarding the use of 2Loove. If any provision becomes invalid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Consumer rights arising from applicable law remain unaffected.

These Terms of Service take effect on: 13 September 2026
