❤️ At 2Loove, we believe that trust and fairness matter not only when you sign up, but also when you decide to end your VIP membership. That is why we make cancellation simple, clear, and free of unnecessary obstacles.
You can cancel your VIP membership at any time. By cancelling:
Log in and open My Profile. Click the gold VIP button on your profile – this opens the VIP plans screen. Next to the plan you currently have active (Mini-Messenger or AI Messenger), you will see a "Cancel this subscription" button. Click it and confirm the cancellation.
Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and after that it will no longer renew or charge you.
Mini-Messenger and AI Messenger are two separate plans that can both be active at the same time. If you already have one of them and want to add the other, open the same VIP screen (the VIP button on your profile) and choose the card for the missing plan. Both plans then run – and are billed – independently of each other.
If you already have both plans active, the system will let you know and will only offer the option to cancel, not to purchase again.
If you cannot cancel VIP on your own, contact us. We will resolve your request as quickly as possible.

Cancelling VIP membership does not normally entitle you to a refund for the current prepaid period. A refund may be considered individually in cases of:
